Dizziness

A little over a year ago I started to notice very brief moments, only lasting about a second, where the room or my head would seem to move. Sometimes when I would eat I would get brief moments of dizziness, and three times in the last year and a half I have woken up to the room spinning uncontrollably. I have had multiple health questions in the past. When I was younger I had scarlet fever, and after that I developed anxiety almost to the point of paranoia which I still deal with today. About 3 or 4 years ago I noticed blood on my stool and when I whipped. I went to the doctor multiple times in two years and had a colonoscopy and they determined it is probably just a hemorrhoid and IBS. I have had a lot of stress in the last few years dealing with my health, college, and other everyday life stress. Around the same time that the brief dizziness started, I also noticed that I might have an irregular heart beat. I went to  the doctor and they said it is most likely because of greasy food intake, and that it isn't serious unless it were to get worse. Now I definitely feel like all of these symptoms could be caused by stress and by anxiety, but I don't know and I don't know how to make it better whatever it is. I am still dealing with all of the symptoms I still have blood when I whip, but I am sure it is because of a hemorrhoid or a fissure. The dizziness is what scares me the most, and the irregular heartbeat is much less noticeable than when it first started, it may even be gone.

Hello~

I am sorry you having all these miserable issues.

They do sound anxiety related to me, it can cause all kinds of weird symptoms. The blood could very well be due to the haemorrhoids that you have. Dizziness always scared me too, but, I noticed the more up-tight I was, the worse it became.  Same with the irregular heartbeat.

I would suggest taking a good, high potency multi-mineral complex, a good high potency Vitamin B complex, Extra Vitamin C and along with these, make an appointment to see a good chiropractor. You may have some vertebrae in your cervical (neck) region out of alignment, and if this is the case, your dizziness will not get better until you get an adjustment. He/she can also help with anxiety and other stress issues.
