Dizzy and spasms

When I stand up too fast, I usually get dizzy, sometimes to the point where I have to sit down. It's possible that I'm malnourished and I'm on a medicine that lowers my blood pressure so I'm not concerned about that. What I am concerned about now is that I've had some episodes where my muscles just started spazzing and I couldn't control them. The episodes usually were only involving my legs and occasionally my arms too, but I always had warning of a few seconds and could sit down. However, this morning I had another episode with very little warning and I didn't have time to fully sit down so ended up half sitting half falling down and the spasms were everywhere. I'm not sure 'cause I was alone at the time, but I may have passed out for a second or two at some point. What is this? I already know I have a heart condition, but that's not what's causing this. I'm just scared it's gonna happen at work or college.

If the medicine that you are on is for anxiety or depression, it can lower blood pressure and cause episodes like this. My cardiologist told me this is a chronic problem with physicians not realizing how they impact BP. Don't know if this info is pertinent or not. If it is, you have to consult a physician to get off of them. Going cold turkey can cause even more problems.

I have low Vitamin D and was anemic (still iron deficient). I believe my Vitamin B12 may be low. Dizziness and muscle issues are symptoms of the above, as well as magnesium deficiency.

Thanks. I just got some lab work done so hopefully that will help me figure some things out

How are you iron, ferritin, vitamin D levels?

You're sure your blood pressure is controlled properly with this medicine?

The medicine is not to lower my blood pressure, it's just a side effect that's common when it's used. I take calcium supplements with vitamin D, but I don't know about levels of any of those three. I haven't had problems with those levels in the past though, despite keeping a similar diet to right now.
