Dizzy spells and nausea - years now

Dizzy spells, and nausea have been a common part of my life, ever since I had a temporal mastoid tumor removed from my ear, when I was a child. But it has gotten so bad over the last year, that I had to quit my job, and lost home because of it.
Doctors cannot seem to figure out what is wrong with me, and put me on medication, that doesn't help my symptoms at all. All it does is knock me out. I can't even have sex anymore because everytime I am about to enjoy it, I get so dizzy, that I feel as though I am about to pass out, (I have before.)
Can anyone give me some advice? I am really freaked.

I had this problem years ago and Doctors could find nothing.I went to a E>N>T> specialist and was diagnosed with Menieres.After taking medication for a couple of years the symptoms went away.

ii took a picture with my windows phone, i saw puse inside my mouth, and a round silver thing back there, i got some many pictures, i crop and see the problem up close, i am not a dentist ,
