Do I have lymphoma?

I am a 19 year old guy and on New Year's Day I woke up with severe abdominal pain and collar bone pain(weird) I couldn't move my arms and my appetite was minimal. The day continued and I did not want to eat because it was painful to fill the stomach up. The next day came and I violently began to vomit (ok, nasty virus.. must be nothing) my parents go to work... I start vomiting severely again, breaking out in deep sweats and turning bright white. I called my mom and insisted I go to urgent care. After a 2 hour wait it was found my heart rate was 188!!! I got transported to a local hospital and after a 13 hour ER visit and an X-ray and CT scan later they found what they called a "mass" in between my stomach and splein. I wasn't admitted into the hospital and stayed for 4.5 days. I got every test imaginable including a biopsy. The biopsy only reported blood being drawn (no tissue, another strange thing) I was released and diagnosed with a hematoma..(from what? .. no trauma that would cause this.) I went to a specialist the next day that really had no clue in hell what the cause was for this hematoma (original diagnosis stated because spleinic aneurism, follow up reported no aneurism but mass still present)  so now I'm on 2 month probation from alcohol intake and physical activity untill my final CT to evaluate the size. I have been worried sick that this may have been a tumor and the biopsy was messed up, the needle scar doesn't match up from where the pain was.. any way, since I have vomited (once) had a tension headache (temples) my worst complaint is unknown itching and dark color in corner of eyes. I also have an odd cut under my arm pit, not a typical cut that produces bleeding but it looks like there's a window in my skin that allows me to see under neath and it it is purple colored? Hard to explain but, If this doesn't decrease in size .. should I legitimately be concerned for lymphoma and or leukemia?
