Mostlikely stress of needing to do something or remember somthing. Lolz, I think joining a yoga class would be fun and good for tense muscles. If it keeps coming over an over and is serially bothering you try reading a book before bed. It helps bring your heart rate down and will put your mind somewere else then here and most often leaving any stress in this world. Haha, I love reading.

I havn't heard of that before but it sounds like more of a mental problem.I would deffinetly tell your doctor about this.He or she should be able to get you the right help.If you have a t.v in your room I would leave it on while you are sleeping and mabye that will help drown out the other noises.

you could have sleep apnea? i used to have trouble sleeping before too
just try and not think about 'getting to sleep' just shut your eyes and think of random things and you'll fall asleep before you know it.
