Does anyone recognize these symptoms and possibly have an idea of what is going on?

Hello, Over the past year I have been dealing with multiple symptoms that have seemed to have all begun around the same time. I went to South Africa, Namibia, and Botswana doing some volunteer work and when I got home (after 6 months abroad) I began to experience the symptoms that I am about to list below. It has been about 1.5 years since my first trip and I had to cut my second trip this year short due to these symptoms and the severity that I was experiencing. This is affecting my life to the point where I can't work to provide for my family and it is extremely difficult to perform daily tasks comfortably. I am in constant pain, and discomfort 100% of the time. These are the symptoms: Bloating, stiff neck, inability of full neck rotation (left), major muscle aches, joint pain, inflammation and weakness, muscle weakness, skin spots (resembles either psoriasis or fungal, all over body, penis, scalp, scrotum, arm legs, etc. ), chronic fungal (yeast) infections (behind ears, anal, between my legs and scrotum and the taint region) chronic athletes foot, impaired motor skills, speech complications, brain fog, inhibited short term memory, confusion, pain behind the eyes, dark spots and black floaters in eye, the feeling as if something is in my eye (left), chronic swelling of hands and feet, exhaustion and overall sluggishness, headaches, periodical vision blurriness, chronic diarrhea, feelings of being hot with excessive sweating, chronic ear infections, depression, mood swings, irritability, problems articulating, sore throat, itchy eyes, loss of balance, forgetfulness, loss of hair, anxiety, weight gain, difficulty concentrating, slow reaction time, difficulty reading (words not making sense) swollen sternum joints. If anyone may have any insight on this situation any and all help would be so appreciated! Thank you!
