Dull sharp pain on the very low right side just above my right bone, help?

I'm an 18 year old female, never had sex and francally always am healthy. For the past week, I've had a random dull, heavy sometimes sharp pain that's completely bearable, just a tad worrysome. I thought it might be an ovarian cyst? Except I shave no idea. I mean there are two little bulges on both sides but the one on the right is just a little tinted to blue?  My belly doesn't hurt, I'm not vomiting or nauseous, just are random times get a little flicker of pain on the side. Should I be worried? Also I've been diagnosed with costochondritis, could have anything to do with it? Also there is a heavy feeling in my lower front side of the neck, and heaviness continues up to my ears and around my jaw. Could any d this cause anything?
