Boiling definitely works to kill the bacteria, but it does make the water taste odd.  Biggest tip I can give is if you have a dishwasher, don't use it unless it has a sanitize setting on it.  Normally, your dishwasher gets hot, but not hot enough to kill bacteria.  Make sure all the water you use is either boiled or bottled water (brushing teeth, ice, coffee, etc.).

buy bottle water and put a purafier on your water facut. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER< that is what I do I drink bottled water, and boil water.if you can not afford drinking water boil it for about 20 min. to get the inpurties out.

hi,  there is a contaminated water,  so you have to boil  ALL the water that you are going to use .. like when you're going to wash your hands, or  cleaning the food like vegetables, be careful, if you dont wash your food it will be horrible for your health. (that's the basic.)
i'm a student of bacteriology and my father it's a doctor... so if you have questions about it you can sent me a email.
