Edema all over body

Vital Signs: Age 54, Height 5 feet 3 inches, weight 90 kg
Sex: Female.
Problem: Having edema all over the body in any season for unknown reasons and it causes approximately 8-10 kg weight gain. Patient tried drugs like (torsemide and spironolactone combination, sibutramine, and diuretics) without any relief.
Patient is a menopausal. Other studies like thyroid tests, growth hormone, uric acid, lipid panel, CT scan of brain are all normal.
Please suggest what problem patient may be having and what kind of treatment should be taken.
