Everything Hurts! Swelling, Nerves, Joints, etc
I am a 26 year old male in generally good health until now, it has been a few months of this terrible situation which has me very concerned.
I experience symptoms including:
-feelings of heat & cold flashes
- weakness, dizziness, fatigue
- electric like shocks through nervous system
- muscles very tight and sore
- lower back pain shooting down legs, etc
- arms / legs very tired and sore / tender
- fingers are curling in and I can not bend them straight or put hand down flat
- blood vessels are sinking into arms / legs at times
- major to minor swelling in feet and legs, knuckles and finger joints and elsewhere at times
- difficult to stand up / sit down
- difficult to walk at times
- knees very sore and swollen
- stretching hurts and can not move muscles like I used too
- entire body feels drained, very sensitive, tender, sore, and fatigued
- also sometimes I can feel my liver & / or kidneys and occasionally it hurts a bit to pee
These are the symptoms I can note for now, but overall this is very draining and my life has become difficult, even just the simple daily tasks.

A few side notes:
- I was a healthy kid but raised on typical toxic American diet
- I have had some lower back nerve issues before however the swelling and disabled hands are entirely new to me
- I eat a very good, healthy, vegetarian diet now and am physically active to the best of my ability
- I have been sexually active shortly before and during these experiences with my partner of 9 months
- the symptoms gradually started about 4 months ago and have become much worse in last couple months however I am managing to cope
Nothing I do seems to help very much.

There could be a lot of issues causing these symptoms- have you been to a doctor to have this checked out? I wouldn't advise just learning to deal with these things, some of them can be warning signs of other issues.
