You're welcome. I hope you feel better. Next time you go to the doctor maybe ask for an ANA just to be sure. Autoimmune can cause a constant low grade fever.
Good luck.
Did the doctor test your ANA when doing your blood test? The fatigue made me think autoimmune. Do you have any body aches?
Dr. Pho,
Thank you so much for your time and feedback. I appreciate your assistance.
I would obtain blood cultures. A positive result should lead to an investigation of the heart to exclude endocarditis.
Further evaluation can be done to exclude lymphoma, and can be done with a CT scan. If the lymph nodes do not resolve, seeing a surgeon for a possible biopsy can be considered.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Thank you so much for your response! I have not had an ANA test, but I did have an ESR test which came back normal.
I do not have any body aches at all.
Thank you again!
