Extremely watery diarrhea and convulsions

I had a lot of headaches today, like migraines, and have had abdominal pain since I woke up. I've been nauseous, and then I threw up a bit in my mouth, so I went to the bathroom just in case, and ended up having extremely watery diarrhea. It was more like what happens with a bowel prep kit than a normal bowel movement. What was even weirder was that I was convulsing.. my whole body was shaking very hard. I'm not sure what to do. I'm really twitchy now and am still feeling weird sensations in my legs. Is this alarming? I've had stomach problems for a while and have seen MANY different doctors. I've had a colonoscopy (found inflammation), endoscopy, ct scan, blood, urine and the only thing they found was that I recently became anemic. The doctors think I'm bleeding somewhere but don't know where. Also, I've lost about 15ish pounds in the past 6 months. Anyways. I'm 19 years old, I weigh 136, am 5'11'' and eat well. I just feel exhausted now after having the convulsions. It was very strange. I've had bowel trouble for a while, but never with shakes like this. Does anyone know what I should do?

Thank you

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Since you have shingles, nausea and diarrhea you probably have a viral infection. You should test for Hepatitis A and C. The convulsions could be due to low sodium or due to low blood sugar or due to potassium. It could also be viral meningitis. It is really difficult to say what is causing this but you must consult a doctor ASAP—either your GP or go to the ER. The blood levels of the above mentioned have to be checked. Take some ORS or oral rehydration solution or lemonade with salt and sugar both and see if it helps.
Also since you have become anemic and lost weight and have inflammation found on colonoscopy, ulcerative colitis, IBS have to be ruled out. Also test for HIV if there is a suggestive history. Get a stool test for occult or hidden blood.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
