Fast heart rate

I woke up and got out of bed this morning, I stood and my heart was beating fast and forcefully.  I took my blood pressure and it shows the pulse rate.  My blood pressure was 97/77 and my heart rate was 146 (and I was even doing anything other than getting out of bed).  I did feel a bit nauseated when I woke up, but that seemed to have subsided rather quickly. This all happened about an hour ago.
I just checked it (while standing up and the heart rate was 112).  I sat down to take it and the heart rate dropped to 75.  What could be causing this???  The 146 heart rate scared me since it was fast and forceful.   I appreciate any input!!!
BTW, I am a 36yo F, non-smoker, non-drinker, not overweight at all (more on the underweight side).
Thanks!

No, I don't believe so.  I faithfully drink Powerade very frequently (daily actually).  I'm just baffled as to why I had this episode.

Your blood pressure is in the normal range however your pulse pressure is very low which can mean an error of measurement in blood pressure. If the pulse pressure is genuinely low, e.g. 25 mmHg or less, (yours is 20 with blood pressure of 97/70) the cause may be low stroke volume, as in Congestive Heart Failure and/or shock, a serious issue. This interpretation is reinforced if the resting heart rate is relatively rapid, e.g. 100-120 (in normal sinus rhythm), reflecting increased sympathetic nervous system activity.

I'd suggest taking your BP and pulse for a few days at the same time and keep a log.  If they show unusual go to doctors with them, something could be going on. Or if you are feeling bad then go to doctors sooner. One thing could be hyperthyroidism of the lesser conditions.

Many factors influence heart rate. These include emotions, temperatures, your position or posture (sitting, standing, laying down), and your body size (if you are overweight for your size, your heart will have to work harder to supply energy to your body).
While standing motionless the pulse-rate is decidedly faster

Thank you for your responses.  I am logging my BP and Pulse rate as well as my symptoms and see what my dr. has to say.  My pulse pressure today has been from 20 (97/77) to 42 (108/66).
Again, I appreciate your feedback!
