Fatigue, tingling, brain fog, vision problems, please help!

I have constant fatigue and tingling all over my body pretty much all the time. Sometimes I will have an episode where I see stars in my vision briefly, for maybe 30 seconds and following that I have painful pins & needles feelings all over and severe fatigue for the next couple days. This fatigue almost always includes muscle weakness in my arms and legs. I also have some intense brain fog all the time. I can't concentrate on anything and I have a really hard time multi-tasking. It's like a unbalanced and lightheaded feeling that I have all the time. I have been having problems with my vision as well. My vision is as if I'm looking through a black viel.  It's similar to a thick static you would see on a tv. I also have a lot of visually induced vertigo and I get motion sick very easily. All of these symptoms started a little over a year ago and have progressed to the point where I can't work because of it. I've seen a Neurologist and an ENT. Here are the tests I've had: Blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, thyroid, B12, eye exam, ENG, EMG on arms and legs, CT scan of head without contrast, MRI of the head and neck with and without contrast. All of these tests are normal. I'm so lost and frustrated that nothing has produced any answers. I'm grateful that the tests have produced information for what it is not but I'm still concerned about some kind of stroke, heart problems, and circulation/vascular problems. Where do I go from here? What other doctors should I see and what tests should I ask for. I see a nurse practitioner as my PCM and she just doesn't seem to have a clue and thinks it's all in my head.

Some of these symptoms sound like Fibromyalgia and that was my first thought.
However, it also sounds like you have some type of migraine.  Migraine headaches do not always just affect your head... they can and do affect the whole body -
What is the cause is the question.  Lupus?   You would have to see a rheumatologist to determine if it's
Fibromyalgia or Lupus.  Both cause a lot of the same symptoms.
Hope this info helps - wishing you a speedy recovery

I forgot to mention, I am a 26 year old female. I've also been tested for anemia, also normal.
