Fatigue ruining my life

Hi,
I am 31 years old female and since having my son 3 years ago I've suffered from severe fatigue. Some months I'll be ok for a while then it will suddenly hit me. Doctors don't care because all my blood tests are coming back normal. I have also had stomach problems since giving birth which they have put down to possible gluten intolerance. Lately I feel like I am dragging myself through life and it is getting me down so much. All doctors do now is say I need anti depressants. I am not depressed as everything in my life is perfect!! Apart from this. I have other symptoms like hair loss, bruising easily, irritability, ibs. I just feel like I get no energy from food.
Anyone got any advice or help :(

Hello~

It sounds like you could have "chronic fatigue syndrome" Your doctor needs to run a blood test for it.

Also, if you have any food or chemical allergies, you can have symptoms like this. Candida, an intestinal yeast infection can cause the same issues.  I would ask for some more blood work that tests for these issues.

You should get checked for a common but rarely diagnosed vein compression condition that I have called May-Thurner Syndrome. It's often diagnosed during or right after pregnancy due to rapid weight gain causing increased compression of the left iliac vein. This condition causes "chronic venous insuffiency" or Chronic Fatigue. It won't show up on any blood test or scan unless doctors are specifically looking for it and from personal experience I know that most aren't. It can also cause stomach problems and IBS due to the collateral veins that carry blood around this compression site. These tiny veins are located between organs and across the pelvis and abdomen and when they become filled with blood they begin pressing into the organs causing all kinds of stomach problems. Since most doctors don't think this condition causes any problems unless you get blood clots or DVT's it often goes undiagnosed. I finally had an Interventional Radiologist discover it during another vein procedure and he placed a stent in my left iliac vein and within 24 hours my problems were gone. Hope this helps and feel free to private message me if you want more info or have any questions.
