Some of the conditions with these symptoms are panic attack{a response of the sympathetic nervous system (SNS). The most common symptoms may include trembling, dyspnea (shortness of breath), heart palpitations, chest pain (or chest tightness), hot flashes, cold flashes, burning sensations (particularly in the facial or neck area), sweating, nausea, dizziness (or slight vertigo), light-headedness, hyperventilation, paresthesias (tingling sensations), sensations of choking or smothering } , fibromyalgia(a disorder classified by the presence of chronic widespread pain and tactile allodynia(pain even on touching) and chronic fatigue syndrome(often manifests with widespread myalgia and arthralgia, cognitive difficulties, chronic mental and physical exhaustion) ,polymyositis (means 'many muscle inflammation').
Complete physical examination along with investigations like ESR blood, platelet count Rheumatoid factor, creatine kinase, electromyography and muscle biopsy may be needed to make a diagnosis.Pls consult a physician for that.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
My daughter had symptoms that started at the end of last summer and progressively got worse. Hers started with palpitations, dizziness and hot flashes. It progressed to fatigue, redness in skin (at times) and bad headaches. Her fatigue was so bad at times that she missed about 2 months of school from January to early June. Finally in late February she was diagnosed with POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) by a Tilt Table Test while admitted for testing. There is a forum on this site for Dysautonomia that you could check and compare symptoms.
Good Luck!
:)
