Fatigued and no energy

I have been feeling so tired and have no energy lately.  Could this be stress or depression?

Thanks for your input.  I have had many blood tests with abnormal results.  So far I have been told I have smoldering myeloma.  It was a shock and my IGA levels keep rising.  That's why I wonder if the fatigue and no energy could be from stress or depression.  I just don't know.  To make things worse I think I have another ventral hernia.  This will be my third in six years.
