you may be lacking certain minerals or protein to fuel your workouts. Id look at your diet and skip the tablets, theyre a costly waste of time when you get it from natural food groups

Muscle aches and weakness can be caused by deficiency of trace minerals like magnesium or electrolyte imbalances. Drinking plenty of water and having some gatoraide should be enough to replace the salts lost during exercise. You may also have low iron (anemia). Iron is essential for making red blood cells. Each red blood cell carries 4 molecules of oxygen and without enough red blood cells the muscles and vital organs, including the brain, are deprived oxygen. Protein is important but eating iron rich foods like lean red meats, whole grains (cream of wheat), almonds, raisins and cooked spinach will help build iron levels. The doctor can check your iron level and let you know if you need supplements. Keep up the good work!
