I am sorry for the delay in reply. If the symptoms are still persisting then please consult your PCP and get a stool test done. Worms in stool can also cause flesh colored mucus. The other possibility is that it was food poisoning. The symptoms would have gone by now. If they are persisting, please consult your PCP.
