Feeling sick without the normal syptoms of cold/flu

I've been have several issues lately and since I generally don't have a particular physician and these symptoms may be nothing, I thought I would ask.

• shaky & weak
• ringing in the ears
• slight face numbness
• heart jumping around - no pain could be intestinal?
• sharp occasional abdomen pain
• exhaustion
• feeling feverish
• exhaustion and shakiness to the point of taking two days off work
• two nights ago I was laying in bed and I heard a snap in my head with a flash of light. Kind of like lightening in my head (I know I sound crazy)

So I started my regime of vitamins and the nerves and stress are still daily. Shaky daily... exhaustion will come later.. but until then I'm currently feeling half awake, when I am usually running around. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Thank you, I've started back on my vitamin regime. And the stress would be most obvious in my life. If the condition persists, I will get examined, thank you.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
There are several conditions that can cause these symptoms or a few of them. I am enumerating the possibilities as it is difficult to comment without examining.
One is TIA OR transient ischemic attack wherein the blood supply to brain is temporarily cut off. The episodes last for a maximum of 24 hours and then resolve or a new symptom starts. To diagnose this, you would need a prompt evaluation (within 60 minutes) to identify the cause and determine appropriate therapy. CAT Scans or MRIs done later will not reveal anything.
The second possibility is seizures.
Ofcourse it could be something as simple as anemia or low sugar or disturbed sleep pattern or hyperthyroid state or just stress. Electrolyte imbalanace is another possibility.
It could also be irritable bowel syndrome resulting in nutritional deficiencies.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
