Feels like something is on the back of my tongue

I am having similar symptoms that I have read on this blog but I have  not seen any responses as to what this could be.  It actually does not seem to be there when I am eating, in the morning when I wake up the feeling is not there.
has been there off an on for about three weeks maybe four.  Can any one give me any ideas as to what might be going on?  Thanks

Thanks for your response -  I will check on Magnesium deficiency. I had no idea that a Magnesium deficiency could cause anything like this.  It is so weird.

It could be a Magnesium deficiency.  Look up Magnesium and you will see that a deficiency causes all kinds of symptoms.
A good supplement should help - oh, and a blood test could reveal what other vitamins/minerals you need.

Good health to you
