Feet bright red

Over about two hours my feet slowly became very red and hot, I wouldn't say painful but uncomfortable and felt slightly swollen when I walked around..  Spread from my toes to my whole foot.  The left foot was redder and it took a few hours to fade and only be slightly red but still visible. I have had raynauds symptoms in the past believed to be caused by an unknown condition, but this is very different than what I had before and was not triggered by cold.

Possible 'Primary erythromelagia'-known to coexist with Raynaud's. Eating melon can precipitate this.
Best wishes.
