I have been feeling dizzy for a  Week now, each time i go to sleep or sitting in my desk in work i feel dizzy it is like my head is swinging , and then sometimes the dizziness is turned into headache , plus i feel really weak , i don't have much energy as i used to , i dont know why, and  i feel that my head is really heavy, i checked my blood pleasure it was good 120/60 and i checked my eyes and they are alright, i don't know what else to do because the dizziness is making me really tired, and it is not my period time.

The same thing happend to me, I can get tired very easily and dizzyness occures.Maybe your just to worked up in a busy work life you need to take time to relax yourself and make sure you sleep well also make sure your diet is healthy and you eat foods that give you enough energy. When dizzyness occures take a break from what you are doing and drink some water its a good idea to drink alot of water throughtout the day it really helps. I did all these things and my dizzyness stopped and my energy is starting to come back. Hope this advice helps. If it does continue go see a doctor.
