Flat, black particles in urine?

51 year old female.  About once a day, I've been finding flat, black,  rubbery skin looking particles in my urine.  Not tiny specks, and don't appear to be blood.  These are not granules as they are flat like tea leaves but much larger pieces than tea leaves.  They have a skin like appearance.  No pain or other symptoms.  My recent blood work showed mild issues with kidneys but nothing my doctor was concerned with.

Could be "gravel", which means in medical terms, fragmented particles of kidney stones.
If this is going on for a week or 2 you should get it evaluated
by having a urinalysis.
Drink plenty of water!!!
Best wishes,
Niko
