Full body pains?

A few years ago I got my first episode of full body pains.
It feels like it resonates from my back, around my shoulder blade areas, throughout my entire body. It's about an 8-10 on the pain scale. It lasts anywhere between 5 minutes to 25 minutes. The first time it happened I went to the hospital because I didn't know why I hurt so bad. It stopped by the time the paramedics came. They didn't find anything afterward.
It happens every now and then, I can't find a pattern to it. I found that laying on tile on the side that hurts the most relieves it a bit. When the pain stops, it's almost sudden. One second I'm in the 8-10 scale the next it's just gone. During the episodes it gets bad enough that I start crying and begging for it to stop. I sweat during the episodes.
Anyone have any idea what this is?
I'm 24, female.

sorry I  accidentally hit the enter key.
...has to do with neurotransmitter dysregulation.
You need to find a really good Neurologist to assess your neurotransmitters.
There must be a some association to
triggers, which may elude you if you
do not consider them as causal.
Pay attention to everything, even when
considered "harmless".
Cheers,
Niko
Thank you for the information, I'll see when I can find one. I'm currently overseas and in between visas so seeing a specialist is out of affordability right now.
