Have you considered Pelvic Imflammatory Disease?  It can be caused by an sexually transmitted infection (such as Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea) but other bacteria can cause it too.  You should have an STI screening if at all possible, and return to your doctor with any new symptoms you have.

It sounds like you could have a kidney stone or bladder infection have a dr check you out again for these good luck ive had kidney stones and bladder infections it sounds like that to me dull back pain smelly wee and blood all signs good luck

There is a tropical disease called filariasis. Groin swelling is one of the initial indications. Have you been in a subtropical area within the last one year? If so, please ask the doctor.
