HEADACHE in left temple !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 54yrs. old and for the past six months or so I have been getting these headaches that start in my left temple and slowly works its way up to the top of my head. I have been to my PCP and he said, they were probably caused by stress. I just think that its strange that the headaches only are on the left side and start in my left temple. What could be causing these headaches and how can I treat them ? My doctor checked me out and said, everything was fine except my vitamin D was low.

You can always get a second opinion. I would personally, you never know if they didn't do the right test to diagnose you, and your health is worth it. Ever considered it might be a migraine? it's possible and yes stress can cause it, but i do find it concerning that it is concentrated in one area every time. Did they prescribe a vit. D supplement? I hope so! Vitamin D is very helpful to multiple problems and can make you very ill without the proper amount in your body every day, if they did not i would reccomend 2,000 units daily. You can purchase this about anywhere. Good luck to you, let me know how things go! Take care. sincerely, Elizabeth
