HELP ME PLEASE

hi, every once in a while i get these episodes that freighten me very much and i don't know what is going on .
It all starts like this : i have mild tachy (late 90's) i start getting an urgency to use the bathroom. i go and i have pains all over my stomach and sorry mild diarrhea. then i start feeling faint feel like my heart has stopped and i later take my bp to find i have slight elevation of h.rate and b/p. what's wrong with me ? is it my heart acting up ?
now 10 mis later i still feel frightened.
my bp is 11/7 and h.rate 95.
i am 33 yrs old fem with 3 children.
i have hashimotos underactive and mild mpv with mild regurg 1/4. i've had heart checks 3 yrs ago. all was well. pls help me.

In all probability what you have is an inflammatory bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, or IBS. The symptoms point towards this. This does not look like a heart problem. It can also be an intolerance or sensitivity to some food items like gluten, lactose, eggs, sea food, citrus fruits etc.
I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system). It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
