I have a lump in my neck which is painful n very bad headache n sometimes feel like um gone pass out can someone please help me

And if the lump is in front- is it a swollen lymph node? Does it feel warm to the touch (warmer than the skin surrounding it)? Do you have a fever? If you haven't already done so, please do have someone take you to the emergency room of the hospital.
You need to have someone take you to an emergency room- I hope you already made that decision. Hopefully they ruled out meningitis and did a scan of your head.
