Hands problem I need Help

I'm 37 years old, I've been suffering from my hands for the past 4 years, If I don't use my hands in pain between 1-2 were 1 is little pain & 10 is extreme pain & once I start using them my pain gradually & fast get worse & my fingers get swollen & it reaches 10 pain & more & they keep hurting me for the whole day or 2 , I've been to my doctors & they checked for Carpal Tunnel & it's not it, & then they thought I have Psoriatic Arthritis because after my fingers swollen my skin breaks in cuts & start to bleed, My ESR is 41 & my CRP is 25 My Doctor told it's normal as long it only 2 digits, My hands X-Ray are normal. When I'm in severe pain I drink 2-4 shots of Whiskey or Tequila & the pain will despair strait a way for up to 8 hours   My Rheumatology doctor told my I don't know?? So please I need help!!!

Hello~You need to see a chiropractor, you need to have your wrist adjusted, there are probably some small bones in that area that are a little bit out of alignment, once that is taken care of, all should be well.
