Having multiple problems at once, all connected maybe?

This is my 2009 health journal: So you can understand what I have been going through.  Before August I have always maintained a body weight of 110 lbs (naked), I exercise regularly (I raise animals so -- throwing hay bails, carrying buckets of feed and water, took hounds out in the woods three times a week -- walking miles, and so on). I have been in good health only occasionally getting cold.  I am mostly seeking advice, what do I do now and what type of doctor(s) should I get referred to.

It is best if you got to my online health journal since it exceeds 20000 character limit for this forum
http://www.kkays.com/health2009.html

What I need is an understanding if I have a hip condition that prompts imaginary of the hip - for 8 months I have been fighting with hip pain, leg pain (knee and above), buttock pain. MRI lumbar reveals a posturer annual tear with a smale midline herniation at L5-S1 and some ligament strain higher up.  Other health conditions keep putting it on the back burner with medical care providers but it is making my life stressful and bringing me the most pain.

I also could use some advice on the slightly enlarged spleen and liver situation I just found out I have. I am not sure if it is associated with my unintentional weight loss, rapid heart rate, elevated blood pressure episodes or not. I also can not regain my weight back not matter how much I eat, what I eat, or if I try to limit the amount of calories I burn.  I also have had loos stool / diarrehea for well over three years now.  I had a stool test done a few months after the onset and PCP said it all came back clear and never followed up on it.   My new PCP will refer me to a GI, yet I do not to waste money and time if it not needed.
