Having terrible autoimmune symptoms, anyone else been here?

I'm 44,I've had joint pain and inflammation, can't use my hands frequently do to pain and stiffness, etc. Neuro issues including muscle spasms, hands and feet feel on fire, numbness in my hands, involuntary muscle movement twitching etc. I've had photo sensitivity, random rashes, constant exhaustion and all the rest for over 3 years. All of my blood work, nerve conduction and brain MRI's are normal. My symptoms have gotten progressively worse, all my doc's have done is thrown pain meds, muscle relaxers and Gabapentin at me.

I moved to a new state and a ruthless pain doc abruptly dropped all pain meds. A blessing in disguise, 1 no more addiction, the pain got so severe I couldn't walk and I've been able to better localize my pain. The doc's can't blow me off anymore  (as 3 rheumy's have before) because the pain is so debilitating, sounds like a bizarre blessing to count but I take what I can get.

I've had MRI's on both hips and shoulders and they show soft tissue tears and OA type bone deformation. My PCP recognizes that doesn't make sense at my age unless I'd been crushed by a car at some point or was a pro athlete, which I'm not.

So now that I've spilled my life story has anyone been here? I don't know if I'm looking for answers or to commiserate. I still need an EEG and AEEG but, Anyway any input is appreciated.
thanks for listening

Hello~Your symptoms certainly do point to a type OA, actually, age has nothing to do with it, even children have gotten arthritis.

I would recommend seeing a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, a physical therapist or a massage therapist. Take your pick, actually, they all have their place and can be worked together if handled right. After a few treatments from almost any of them, you should start to feel better.
