Head pressure, dry heaving, and nausea

Just recently, I started experiencing headaches, they felt like pressure near my temples and scaling up my head, but kept getting worse til my eyes felt like they were sinking inwards.I would wake up and heave, but nothing would come out. They gradually come and go, but get excruciating at times and are always there. It makes me sensitive to loud noises in my ears (phones) and bright screens or lights. Well, they thought it was a sinus infection, because my jaw had hurt at one point, but the antibiotics and nasal spray, really did nothing to the headaches... now they're coming back again, i wasnt sick for about a week, now, in the mornings, i will wake up 1-2 hours early, sweaty, nauseated, and have diarrhea 3-5 times before going to work othwerwise accompanied by dry heaving, with only a small amount of clear substance, usually cloudy and otherwise feeling starved.  When I lay back down, im freezing, but if i pull a blanket up, i feel sick again.  I'v been written-up for missing work due to this onset of illness(es) and have been to several doctors.  Are migraines & tension headaches the only diagnosis to come up with? I have no vision blurrs or oras. I'v also been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries but am NOT pregnant. Are there any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

I thinke cushing's isn't what I'm looking for, because im not bruising or swelling in the upper body, although I have gained weight, its evenly distributed and that's due to the POS. Thanks though.

Another thing, im wondering, would the metformin I'm on mess with my blood sugar and give me bashing headpressure and hunger?

Google cushing's syndrome or disease. Might be a grasp in the dark, but worth a check to see if you relate to the symptoms.

I forgot to finish, I have had numerous blood and urine tests, so far, its "normal" except what clarifies polycystic ovarian syntdrome... my body is withholding insulin, so I take metformin500mg 1x daily and i have a raised testosterone level.
