Thank you all for the advice. It is really appreciated.
This sounds very much like vertigo. Have you ever heard of a condition called Meniere's disease? This is an inner ear condition where the pressure in the inner ear fluid changes and the result is often vertigo, nausea and sometimes hearing loss (hearing loss can temporary or permanent).
An ENT (ear nose and throat) specialist is the person to check this out. You may not have Meniere's, but your symptoms justify a thorough ENT examination. It is also worth to have balance testing done by an audiologist, but this requires an ENT referral - so get to the ENT first.
Depending on the nature and cause of your symptoms - there may be medication available!
I have had Menieres for several years. It is a horrible disease. Your symptoms sound like Meniere's, especially the vertigo and fatigue. I have attached links for you to read. Maybe this will answer some of your questions. Even if this is not what you have, this info wil be helpful. Good luck!

Is problem only one side (hdaches/earful), or both sides/ears?
An mri won't show all the firing of the nerves. Ears get full
from infections to baroreceptors in you that respond to weather.
You need a Coronal CT to check better angle of sinuses over to
ear. The vertigo may be coming from inner ear but the 'pop' to
clear is the middle ear compartment. May be another problem
called MEE 'Middle Ear Effusion'. It's when the middle ear
sticks or fuses to inner ear window. Hard to dx. Have you tried
valsalva maneuver (able to hold nose & pop ear)? Get copies of all tests for hm-file & ask abt CT. If that's clear, might be
an autonomic-reflex problem. It's not uncommon for adults to be
sent to an Otolaryngologist & have a temp-eartube as a trial to
dx. & relieve pressure. Gd-luck.
