Heat sensation in Leg

I also have experienced a heat sensation in my upper leg (above the knee) that lasts only 2-5 seconds.  I just returned from a seven hour trip sitting in the back seat of a small car.  However, we stopped every two hours for walking and stretching.  Since I have had the sensations for only a day so far, should I be concerned it may be a blood clot or just wait and see if the sensations continue?

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!

Yes, you can wait for a day or two. Look for rashes. Chances of deep vein thrombosis too are there. Move around to restore circulation. If this does not subside do get yourself examined.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without examining. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
