I am 19 years old and I have not been feeling very well this last week. I will say in advance that my sleeping schedule is really bad. I wake up at 3pm and go to bed at 3-7am in the morning, but now I am fixing it as I've learned the hard way. I was dinner at 6-7pm and having my second meal at around 2-3am, so 2 meals pretty much. It started on Wednesday where I was up until 7am. I realized that my breathing got really heavy and I started wheezing and shaking very, very hard and uncontrollably. My hands were clammy (wet), and it felt as if there was a ball in my throat, and I had this constant feeling of having to burp, and when I do finally burp it's acidic. Burping doesn't relieve the "having to burp feeling," either. I felt like this for Thursday and Friday also, and this only happens when I wake up or before going to bed. During the day time I felt completely fine. During Saturday and Sunday I felt fine. Until Sunday night, I had the same problem. I woke up this morning, Monday, and I still have these symptoms:
-Heavy Chest (Left side especially)
-Short of breathe/Wheezing
-Cold Clammy hands
-Shaking Body (Not constant, but it's really annoying.. it doesn't hurt or anything)
-> Causes my stomach to become upset
-Feels like a ball in my throat
-Feel faintish, really out of it.. nausea
-Occasionally my ears start ringing
I know not eating/sleeping properly is probably the issue, but I just don't understand why my breathing and chest feel the way they do. It's my throat which is bugging me the most. I also do not have any current illness/disease. I am also lactose intolerant but never have I had a reaction such as this to having dairy consumption.
Anyways, I am going to the doctor today at 5:15. If anyone has suggestions on what it could be or what I could do please let me know. I do apologise in advance if this is structured poorly, I just feel really out of it.
