Help, I don't know what's causing this

Last Jan/Feb/March I had bleeding between periods, I went for a scan and was told I had PCOS and a small fibroid plus cervical erosion. I was basically old it would right itself which it did. But just before xmas I had a period that was 9 days early and quite light, I then started to suffer with a strange feeling down below like pressure and also terrible back pain and constipation, my doctor did a urine sample and tested it but it was clear she also gave me some sachets to drink to sort the constipation and also told me to do a pregnanc test which I did and it was negative. I went back to see her after xmas as I was still suffering these pains, I was also getting like a shooting pain in my urethra and pains running from my lower back into my bums cheeks and down my legs. She did an internal and said she couldn't feel anything unusual, she saent mefor blood tests for renal, liver, red blood count and something she said was just a general test to try to find anything unusual, the tests all came back fine! She has also booked me in for a stomach scan which I am having next week. Since that last appointment I am getting pain in my urethra like needles are going up it, plus I feel all swollen down below and I am still getting terrible back pain, pkus my period is now 2 weeks late and my boobs are killing me but I did another test and it was negative, what is going on? I am petrified I have cancer!!
