Help! Have small clustered whitish-clear bumps in Labia Minora!

I am not very sexually active and I have the same sex partner. He is healthy and I have been getting checked often anyway. Also, I just got checked two weeks ago from today and was cleared of everything.. My gyno simply said I had a Yeast Infection and I took Monistat for it. My infection was cleared and I felt healthy and great. I have NOT been having sex and I recently shaved in my whole pubic area , including the inner vaginal region. Suddenly, I would feel some burning while walking and checked in the bathroom to see a big, redish, white bump on the Labia Majora. It looks like a pimple.. And it hurts. I stupidly shave the area again since the pubes were bothering me and saw whitish small bumps. I am freaking out.

This is the perfect area for bacteria to grow and this happens easily with ingrown hairs and blocked pores, thus the reddish white bump.  Wash this many times a day until it heals.  You might keep Triple Antibiotic on it to block further infection.
The white bumps most likely were caused by the yeast infection or possibly the Monistat.  They should clear up in another week.
Sometimes white bumps can occur from stress, so stop freaking out.  It is nothing that cannot be fixed.
Also if you have not already, examine what caused your yeast infection; Were you on an antibiotic for some other issue...
