Other days ive had like extreme hunger and for no apparent reason like i need a snack or something.

You need to get back to your doctor and get your lungs checked out again.
And also ask the doctor to have blood tests taken to check your iron and Vitamin B12 levels as well as a blood test to check your HBA1C for any possible signs of diabetes or pre diabetes.

As the doctor prescribed you with an inhaler a couple of months ago, he obviously felt that you may have asthma.  You do not have to have a wheeze with asthma.  As your chest feels tight and you feel unwell, you may have a chest infection, so it is wise to get it checked out by your doctor.

Getting the sudden feeling of being very hungry could be a sign that your sugar levels have dropped too low.  It is best to have smaller meals and  healthy snacks in between meals so that your sugar levels do not drop too low.

Make sure that you drink plenty of water so that you do not become dehydrated.

The symptoms you describe can be caused by a number of things which need to be ruled out.

Having a tight feeling in your head may be stress related, dehydration or congestion in your sinuses.  As you are having breathing problems as well it is likely that you may have a viral or bacterial infection.

You can try doing steam inhalations to see if that clears your head and any sinus problems.  To do a steam inhalation, boil up a kettleful of water (taking care not to get scalded) pour it into a bowl.  Put some Vick or Olbas oil into the water.  Bend your head over the bowl and cover your head and bowl with a towel.  Breathe in the steam through your nose and out through your mouth.  Do this for a duration for 10 minutes.  As you are working all day, try and do a steam inhalation in the morning and again in the evening.  it is preferable to do it 4 times a day, but that is not always possible.

Make an appointment to see your doctor to get those symptoms checked out.  Low levels of Vitamin B12 and also having a urine infection can cause memory problems.  Low iron levels as well as your blood sugars dropping too low can also cause fatigue.  At this time of the year there are also lots of viruses and bacteria going around.

Make sure you eat a healthy and well balanced diet and get plenty of rest and sleep too.

Candida will also cause low blood sugar. My husband, son and myself were diagnosed with hypoglycemia as well as insulin resistance. Both were caused by our bacterial imbalance in our colons. Since in treatment we no longer have signs of hypoglycemia and are much less fatigued. Candida can also make you vit. deficient this includes iron and vit. D.

Look into candida yeast overgrowth symptoms. This could likely be your problem. Candida overgrowth will make you feel hungry for no apparent reason. Especially for carbohydrates. The toxins that candida releases will make you feel fatigued, lightheaded, hungry and more. The worse the overgrowth the worse your symptoms will become. If you have ever taken antibiotics or have a weakened immune system from some type of illness then candida is a likely possibility. You can find information about this condition if you look up candida forums on the internet.
