Help me out please

I am 16 years old and for the last 3 months now I have been experiencing weird symptoms. It feels like my ears are constantly blocked and I always have atleast 1 nostril blocked all the time. I used to get colds very often but I havent had one ever since these symptons came along. I have a slight spaced out feeling around the back of my head/brain, I feel tired alot of the time and wake up depressed because this feeling isnt going away. I cant think of anything else in my life that would be making me depressed. I was the happiest kid before these symptons came along. Althought I do feel slightly better when im out with my friends as i dont think about it as much. I also wake up vomity and a little dizzy in the mornings and i have no interest in doing physical activitys anymore. I have had blood tests and a brain scan done but they came out both fine
Can someone please suggest what this could be, it would mean alot :)

I have had symptoms similar to these except for the "vomity" symptom.  I finally went to an allergy specialist and found that I have chronic sinusitis which was causing my ears to be full all of the time.  He said that I had significant swelling in the nasal passages and fluid in both ears so he put me on some steroid nose spray and an antihistamine, oh and I got a steroid shot.  I was also having alot of sinus headaches before.  Not sure if this is what you are experiencing but maybe it will  help.  Maybe the allergy testing itself would help you to find out if an allergy is causing your symptoms.  I hope you feel better soon.
