Help me please!!!

Im 14 years old and have been having a list of symptoms for the past 2 weeks, about 2 weeks ago i started having diarrhea daily. In the past 4 days ive developed migraines, severe headaches, nausea, dizziness,ear pain(not severe), congestion, eye pain(headache), and the diarrhea still continues. There has been cases or vertigo in my family but i dont think it's genetic, i would like to know what i have.. PLEASE HELP!!! I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!

hi kate.. u should hydrate urself if ur diarrhea continues.Better of see a doctor asap.Seems like ur having a severe vertigo, this is not a medical diagnosis,,ok? im just tryna figure it out based on the symptoms that u presebt.. better see ur doctor. i'l pray for you..ok? keep in touch!

If you have been having diarrhea for two weeks it needs to be investigated. Chronic diarrhea can be due to parasitic infestations—ruled out in your case.  Other causes are irritable bowel syndrome, Coelic disease, Crohn’s disease, malabsorption syndromes, pancreatic diseases, diabetes, hyperthyroidism etc.
Your other symptoms can be explained as the after effects of diarrhea. I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor and your parents. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind.
Drink plenty of fluids, eat a lot of fibers to bind the stool, take multivitamin supplements and include youghurt in your meals.
