Help me.

I am 19 years old, and for almost three years now I have been battling something that doctors can't explain to me. It all came on suddenly in a restaurant three years ago- what felt like a panic attack lasted for weeks, months, and now years. I was hysterical, thought i was dying, shaking, and blacking out. I went to the hospital a few days after it happened because I kept feeling like I was going to pass out or lose my mind and the doctors said it sounds like a panic attack or maybe a seizure and sent me on my way. No tests were performed because I had out of state insurance. Now, I'm still going through it every day. I have headaches, I have so much trouble making sense of things (spelling, conversation, etc.), I'm always a bit dizzy, and I'm absolutely exhausted every day although I always make sure I get at least 9 hours of sleep a night. Doctors have performed large amounts of tests and I was diagnosed with anemia and I was put on supplements, but now that my iron is normal not a single thing has changed. My lymph nodes are also huge all over my body and I had a biopsy to check for lymphoma but it was negative. I have these bruises that are all over my legs and wrists, and I was diagnosed with "lypodistrophy" or something, which is commonly seen in elderly people.  If you have ANY idea as to what this sounds like, please let me know. I feel like some of the symptoms may be brought on by the others (like confusion brought on by exhaustion), but I have had so many tests and I'm running out of hope..I just want to feel okay.

Look into dysautonomia.  This is where your autonomic nervous system does not work correctly.  dinet.org and ndrf.org are two good websites with lots of info on it.  Dizzy is a main symptom

I am afraid that you might have leukemia, a disease  that attacks your lymph nodes and can cause bruises. It can also make you very dizzy and give you headaches. Talk to your doctor and i recommend that you take stimulants for your panic attacks if they are frequent.

It sounds like you have severe anxiety like I do.It can cause pretty much any symptom your brain can think of.Mine also started out of nowhere like yours Ive just been dealing with it for so long that I know what it is.I also have trouble making sense of conversations and things of that nature.even though I can carry on a conversation with someone sometimes in my head im confused and wondering almost how im doing it.I suffer from very bad depersonalization and thats what it sounds like your going through as well. With the physical stuff thats probably ocd which I also have. You look around and find anything wrong with you and then obsess over it.Even though I know that I have ocd I still cant help but google every symptom I think I have.I also have the headaches everyday and feel so tired but all that is is anxiety taking its toll on your body.Trust me your not sick or going crazy this is how anxiety works. Are you on any antidepressants or anything like that?
