Hello again Dr.
Thank you for your recent help.

I just received this months round of tests.  Please see my October and December ones posted above for history.

My WBC is now 11.8 H
RBC 10.2 H
absolute neutrophils 9346 H

Should I be seeing specialist or onconogist since they have been repeatidly high for several months now.

Thank you very mucha gain for the response.  I have my blood tests done about every 8 weeks, so I will keep an eye out for these things and if they remain high/low I will bring it up to my primary physician since my endocrinologist doesn't seem to focus much on that part of the test.  :-)

Hello,

The decrease in no. of lymphocytes is called lymphocytopenia.Infection even like a common cold is a very common cause of lymphocytopenia.

Other causes are corticosteroid use, infections with HIV and other viral, bacterial, and fungal agents, malnutrition, systemic lupus erythematosus, high stress levels,[citation needed] rheumatoid arthritis, and iatrogenic (caused by other medical treatments) conditions.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.

Thank you very much for your response.  I have added an additional 1000 iu of Vitamin D in addition to the 800 I already take daily.

I was hoping you could comment on the value of the Lympocytes.  Is this something that could be caused by a medication I am taking or illness I should look into further?

Thank you for commenting on the slightly high values. I wasn't sure if I should be concerned or not. :-)

Have a wonderful weeknd.

Hello,

There is a slight rise in the WBC count and absolute neutrophils also. This much rise can occur due to a mild sore throat or a viral infection also.Nothing significant is to be done and pls don’t worry about it.Vit D deficiency is to be looked into.Pls take some vit D supplements for some days and if still vit D remains on the lower side then a comprehensive testing has to be done to find out what is causing this low vit D.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.
