Help!

I have had diarrhea for over three weeks. I went to the medical clinic and gave them a stool sample, urine sample and a blood sample. I haven't heard back and I'm getting really worried. The doctor had asked me if I had any lower back pain and at the time I didn't, but now I can feel it burning in the area of my kidneys. Also, I've had chills on and off since this started. From everything I've been reading on the internet, there are just too many possibilities. I am normally in fairly good health and tend to only need to see a doctor for emergencies such as accidents (broken bones, etc.) I'm 39 and female. When I visited the clinic four days ago, my blood pressure was fine. Can you give me any advice?

I dont have any ideas for you-but im thinking if you havent heard back from your doctor it must not be anything serious. If it was he would contact u immediatly
