High WBC, High BP, Borderline ESR, Hemoglobin normal??

Anyone have any ideas of what might be wrong?  To start, I am a 26 year old female.  I was diagnosed with high BP about two years ago and have been on Diovan since.  They found out because I was having chest pains & my BP was 170/110 when I went into the hospital.  I started having left sided sharp abdominal pain about one year ago.  I had a CT scan, two ultrasounds (pelvic & renal), then I had a laproscopy in October.  In my ultrasound the only thing they found was a couple of 3cm cysts that shrunk by the time I had my laproscopy.  Three weeks after my surgery, I got pregnant.  I had a miscarriage at seven weeks and continued to bleed for one month afterwards.  In the past 6 months, I've had bronchitis three times.  I've waited patiently to find out what is wrong with me, but still no answers.  I have been having Complete Blood tests about every two to three weeks.  My dr. gave me a double dose of antibiotics because I kept getting sick.  My WBC count has been over 13,000 the last 5 tests, my ESR is borderline and my hemoglobin & protein levels are normal. Last week my eyes and face swelled up and I broke out in hives all over my face & neck.  My dr. prescribed some cortisteroids and it went away within a weekJust recently, my Dr. sent all my results to a pathologist and I am waiting to hear back. Has anyone else had problems that are similar to mine?  I just can't stand waiting anymore!  The only other symptoms I have is being tired all the time, nausea, and I still get chest & abdominal pains.  Everytime I see a new dr. they just comment on how young I am to have high BP

Have they checked you for antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APS)? Lupus? other autoimmune conditions? Except for the bp, you sound a lot like me a few years ago.

P.S. Don't despair. I had at least 7 early miscarriages, and then had a beautiful healthy girl in 2003.

I was mainly diagnosed (with a cross of Lupus and Scleroderma)through the process of elimination, and my own persistence. Some Dr.s neglected to tell me important test results. It took them over 2 years to mention my liver enzymes were high, and over 3 to tell me I had APS. When I went to the Navy hosp. fertility clinic and told them that I'd had 3 miscarriages, they didn't believe me. They said if I didn't have the blood tests to prove it, they  couldn't count the pregnancies. They wanted to test me for everything else under the sun, and insisted on a sample from my husband as well. They even insisted on testing me for all STD's even though my husband and I were virgins when we got married. I had 3 more mc before I got any treatment out of them. I disagreed with their diagnosis, and was told that I was wrong, and that my 2nd opinion (from a world renowned clinic) was wrong too. I never did get anywhere with them, and it was the OB I saw at the beginning of my 8th pregnancy who finally gave me the treatment I needed to have a successful pregnancy. It was later in my pregnancy that he told me he thought I had APS. This was basedon the test I'd had done at the Navy hosp., results which they'd completely ignored. Later on it was confirmed through more blood tests to compare values, and a visit to a hematologist (a blood disorder specialist). The one they sent me to was at a oncology (cancer) clinic, so don't get freaked out if that happens to you too. If you read my post ( Liver trouble / Autoimmune disease - myproblem 02/22/2006 ), it tells more about my conditions. Keep in touch, and we'll compare notes.

No, they haven't checked me for those things.  I thought that it might be Lupus, but from what I've read, usually a WBC count is lower than normal, not higher (I might be mistaken).  How did they diagnose you?  I'm just scared and constantly can't stop thinking about the unknown.  Everything that I've been researching either points to a blood disorder (leukemia, etc) or something to do with Lymph nodes.  I just hope I'm worrying for nothing.
