Hip and Leg pains

I suffered with Polio in the early 50's.  3 years ago while teaching a class, I could not lift my right arm higher than my waist and I lost use of my hands and right leg.  After going to the doctor, I was placed in physical therapy for Frozen Shoulder.  Now, the pain is on the right side in the hip and goes down to my legs.  I have had xrays, MRI's-the works.  Nothing shows up.  I can't sit too long or stand too long.  I have difficult sleeping at night.  I am also a breast cancer survivor.  I have been informed by the Cerebral Palsy Foundation that it could be Post Polio Syndrome, but I can't prove it because all test results come back negative.  Can you help?

In re-reading my question and problem, I found an error.  The pain now is not on the right side so much as it has shifted to the left.
