Hungry, I mean HUNGRY all of the time.

A few weeks ago I started having hunger pains. Not just "I haven't eaten in a couple of hours hungry, it is a O haven't eaten in three days hungry. So, I thought I was hungry and ate when it hurt.  So, 7 lbs later, I still feel hungry.  Then, several days ago I began having migraines.  One episode lasted three days, the other headaches are continuous but not debilitating. I get nauseous as well.   I have had T2 Diabetes for 15 years and have never had any problems with this before.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank  you for responding.  I finally did check with my doctor and it is related to the diabetes.  I need to get my bg down further.  I have increased the insulin and I feel so much better!
