Hyperplasia Adrenal

Ct showed hyperplasia on adrenals in ct for stomach pain after full hysterectomy. Can this be a cause of low weight 5'8 1/2 weight 104-107 can not gain weight. High calorie intake now heart rate up b\p up have had low b/p all life till now. use to be 98/60 now 130/84. Take synthroid for Graves levels are normal but heart hurts feel pulse in my head. LOw energy on Ritalin 20 sr x2 a day for narcolepsy. Still tired in muscles. Pulse was normally 50 to 58 now 70 to 80. In less then two years. I use to be a runner and very active. Any suggestions or any one with suggestions would be helpful. Took CT to doctor gp and endocrinologist just treating me for high prolactin, narcolepsy and Graves disease.
