Hypothyroid, heart, or what?

Hi.  Maybe there's no real answer and I hate to repeat myself but, I'm going to try to ask this again.  I'm not sure if this belongs on this site or not; but, I have tried other sites and cannot really get a comment.  I don't know what's causing it.

My sugar, iron, calcium and thyroid have been low.  I take a number of drugs, the main ones are: Lopressor, Diazide/Maxide, Lipitor, and Levothyroxine.
My BP usually runs ~115/73 HR 75.  (Due to Lopressor, Diazide/Maxide - keeps it low.) Before meds it ran very high at 165/102 HR 110 for a couple of years.  For the last couple of weeks though every couple of days my heart rate can range from 53 to 101, BP don't change much.  "Each" for a couple days then my normal 75 for a few days.  It just seems crazy.  Hypo = slow HR  Hyper = fast HR.  Mine is insane.

I had test done that turned out pretty good I think on my heart last time.  My Stress and Echocardiogram 2 months ago were good.  The only thing I questioned there was the fact that my EF 2 years ago was 72% with a FS of 40% and this year my EF was 53% with a FS of 27%.  My E/A ratio was low and my A wave was greater than my E-wave.  My intracardiac dimensions are smaller than 2 years ago; but, I'm guessing that is a good thing.  My EKG's are usually off but, I don't care because of the test listed above.

Lately my sleep patterns are somewhat off in a crazy way because for a couple of days I'll just be beat and want to sleep and then I'll go where I'm up most of the night itching.  Honest I bath.  LOL
My eyes are dry and fill like they have a bug in them and swollen or blood shot (sorry don't know how else to word it),I get palps and chest pains, a burning/throbbing in my throat, thrush, heartburn, lightheaded, blurred buggy type vision at times,my bones ache like they could crush at times plus cramps real bad in mainly my calfs, stomach, overies and backaches at times bad around my mid back (like the flank area of a deer).  O and let's not forget the 1 - 5 second headaches from nowhere, marbled red/ blue skin, and edema.

HOW'S THAT FOR A WHINE!  LOL.  It's like George Carlin on a bad health rap.  LOL  I just don't get it.  Is this what hypo is really about????   Can you flip flop every couple days based on HR or is this all hypoT.  I tried to keep this all quite in fear of sounding crazy.  Just wandering if I am or not.  LOL.

I go back on 7-28 for my first re check of bld work since starting the levoT.  I'll probably upset her because I'm asking for a Free T3 along with the TSH, Free T4, HAIC and Iron Panel.  Is there anything else I should ask for regarding my crazy symptoms since I'm asking for the other one anyhow?

Sorry for making this so long.  I hope you all don't mind.  Thank you in advance;  Amy

Hi.  Thank you so much for the reply.  I had blood work done last on 5/13/08.
The bld work was:
Calcium.  the range was (8.4 - 10.4) and mine was 9.8 in which has been in that range for quite a while.  As far sugar it was an HAIC # of 6.4 or Glu- fast (60=99) 101
T4 (6.1-12.2) was 5.7  TSH (.34-5.6) was 1.43 and   FT4 (.58-1.6) was .66  Transferrin (200-360) was 409
WBC (4.0-10.7) was 11.1 in which is usual for me along with   RETIC (.8-2.3) mine was 2.4

She done a ultrasound of the thyroid gland and only found a couple of small nodules.  I was told it was nothing to worry about.  How would you ask for a parathyroid test?  A DAA.  Sorry for my ignorance.  Thank you so very much for your comments.  It means a lot. I'm starting to think I just sound like a worry wart and truly I'm not.  I just want to feel better.  Cutting the grass has became a real chore lately.

Thanks again;  Amy

Many of your symptoms sound Hyperthyroid...Most, actually...Can you move your thyroid panel up? It sounds like your thyroid stuff may be pretty unstable, with the meds trying to work, and your body trying to help out too...I'd say time for a thyroid scan as well, and get your blood calcium level checked while you're at it.. (Looking for signs of hyperparathyroid problems as well.)   Good luck..this must be maddening....  ~MM

Maybe try for more info from the thyroid forum too? :) good luck!

Maybe I'm on the wrong place to ask again.  Just can't figure it all out.
