I don't even know how to describe what's going on..

I know I have Fibro and Hypertension but once, a couple of years ago, I had this intense abdominal pain when bending at the waist from a sitting position.. the pain started as a cramping sensation but traveled all around my abdominal cavity. When I stood I could visibly see and feel what seemed like a full-term fetus doing summer-saults under my skin or perhaps a dozen eels trying to escape my stomach... Weird, I know. It was about a year before it happened again... My kids witnessed it this time and were putting their ears to my belly trying to hear a baby's heartbeat & asking what we were going to name it.. Of course, my tubes are tied and it's not possible that there's actually a baby in there. Recently... for about the past 2 weeks, this sensation has been happening regularly. Now, though, it starts like a very intense back spasm, travels through my body and feels like invisible hands are trying to use my rib cage to lift me from the ground... I adjust my posture to try to get it to stop and that's when the "baby" or "eels" start trying to "escape" from me, or at least that's what it feels like... It is seriously painful and very scarry... Anyone have any idea what might be going on? (And on a side note, My left arm randomly goes numb, not tingly, my arm fell asleep numb, but dead-body numb and now constantly feels weak and heavy)

All of the Fibro symptoms as well as GI distress, numbness, back pain and rib soreness/pain can all be caused by late stage Lyme Disease.  Ask your doctor for a Western Blot.  Unfortunately, many people sick over a year test negative on standard blood tests, but most doctors don't know this.  Go see a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor (LLMD) and pay cash if you have to.  Your health is worth it!

Do the following two checks and let me know, what you find.
Check solar plexus (nabhi chakra)
a) Join the two palms with the little fingers touching. Looking at the lines on your palm and little finger – No 1 is the heart line, no 2 is the line at the bottom of little finger, No 3 is the next line up on the little finger, No 4 is the top line on the little finger.  Match the lines of No. 1 (i. e. heart lines as per Astrology). If the Solar Plexus is in order, the upper line in little  finger No. 4  will match. If the Solar Plexus has shifted, the line No. 4 will not match.
b)  In the morning, on an empty stomach,  lie down on a flat surface on your back and  press your finger or thumb in the navel, if you  feel a throbbing sound just like that of the heart, then the solar plexus is in order.

Abdominal aortic aneurysm occurs among those affected from high blood pressure. The symptoms you mention do sound similar to this condition. Rupture of an abdominal aneurysm is highly fatal.  Half of all people with untreated abdominal aortic aneurysms die of rupture within five years. Nothing to mess with. See your doctor ASAP to rule this out as a cause.

"What are the symptoms of an abdominal aortic aneurysm?

Most abdominal aortic aneurysms produce no symptoms (they are asymptomatic). They are often incidentally discovered when abdominal ultrasounds and/or CT scan studies are ordered for other conditions. When they produce symptoms, the most common symptom is pain. The pain typically has a deep quality as if it is boring into the person. It is felt most prominently in the middle of the abdomen and can radiate to the back. The pain is usually steady but may be relieved by changing position. The person may also become aware of an abnormally prominent abdominal pulsation." - Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm - Medicine Net
